Compuware Technology Unveils The World's 1st Liquid-Cooled PSU with 6,600W

New Taipei City, June 26, 2025 – Compuware Technology Inc. unveils the world’s first liquid-cooled PSU with 6,600W power and 54V+12V hybrid output, designed for next-gen AI servers. Featuring a dual cooling system, liquid as primary and a 2,000 RPM fan as backup—it reduces fan speed from 18,700 RPM, saving up to 140W per PSU, totaling ~5,000 kWh/year in fan energy. Noise drops to 25dB. The PSU supports GPU-ready 54V and 12V for CPUs/SSDs, eliminating external bricks and boosting efficiency. It delivers up to 11,880W EDPP (180% for 54V), handling peak AI loads. Compatible with existing CDU/manifold setups, up to 8 PSUs can run in parallel. “We’re proud to pioneer a true liquid-cooled PSU for AI,” said Bill Liang, President.
