COMPUTEX 2025 Highlights “AI NEXT” Trends with 1,400 Exhibitors Showcasing Comprehensive AI Solutions

Asia’s leading B2B tech trade show, COMPUTEX TAIPEI, will take place from May 20 to 23 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Halls 1 and 2. According to TCA (Taipei Computer Association), one of the event organizers, COMPUTEX 2025 centers around the theme “AI NEXT,” spotlighting four key technology trends: AI Computing, Future Mobility, Next-Gen Communication, and Green Energy & Sustainability. This year’s show brings together 1,400 exhibitors across 4,800 booths, spanning a total exhibition area of 80,000 square meters.

Attendees can expect a broad range showcase of technologies and applications, including Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), Agent AI, and Physical AI. Featured products include AI servers, AI data centers, AI PCs, Edge AI computing devices, electric vehicles, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), robotics, drones, RISC-V, WiFi 7, satellite communications, green technology, and energy storage systems. Vertical application solutions across smart manufacturing, smart retail, smart healthcare, digital health, smart agriculture, and smart cities will also be presented.

To reflect growing global demand for AI-powered digital transformation, COMPUTEX 2025 introduces two new exhibition zones: the AI Services & Technologies Zone and the Robotics & Drones Zone.

InnoVEX Turns 10: Over 450 Startups from 24 Countries Break New Ground at InnoVEX 2025

Positioned as the “Innovation Hub of Asia,” InnoVEX—the startup-focused exhibition held alongside COMPUTEX—celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025. According to TCA, as global industry demands evolve and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) continue to gain traction, InnoVEX 2025 will focus on five major innovation areas: AI, Semiconductor Applications, Smart Mobility, Next-Gen Communications, and Green Tech.

This year’s event features over 450 startups from 24 countries and regions, more than 90 startup demo sessions, and over 80 speakers across multiple forums. It will be held on the 4th floor of Hall 2 at Nangang Exhibition Center from May 20 to 23.

Special highlights include 10 national pavilions (Japan, Thailand, France, Poland, Israel, Czech Republic, Belgium, the Philippines, Australia, and Brazil), as well as showcases from government programs and competition winners (Ministry of Economic Affairs, Administration for Digital Industries, Keelung City, New Taipei City, MOEA’s Smart Innovation Awards, and NSTC’s ICTGC competition). To reflect global venture capital trends, the InnoVEX 10th Anniversary Forum will be held on May 23 (1:00–4:00 PM) at the InnoVEX Center Stage. Titled “Exploring the Future of Technology Through the Lens of ‘What’s Next?’ from Ventures’ Perspective,” the forum gathers leaders and investors from Japan, Singapore, Israel, Canada, the US, and Taiwan to share insights and strategies across AI, semiconductors, healthcare, and consumer tech.

18 Companies Join Forces for RISC-V Pavilion at COMPUTEX

In response to growing AI computing demands, the RISC-V Taiwan Alliance highlights how standardized RISC-V architecture and AI accelerator integration (NPU, TPU) can enhance performance. RISC-V SoCs support fast AI processing, edge computing, and privacy-focused security, making them ideal for next-gen AI devices.

The RISC-V Pavilion (L0425, Hall 1, 4F) gathers 12 exhibitors, including Andes Technology, Tenstorrent, Skymizer, Syntronix, WISDOM PRECISION, RISE Project, DeepComputing, Nuclei System Technology, Semidynamics, Alibaba DAMO Academy, NYCU’s AI System Validation Center, and NSYSU’s Southern IC Design Base. The official COMPUTEX award, Best Choice Award (BC Award), announced a total of 44 awards in Taipei time on the morning of May 13th, including 9 Golden Awards, 29 Category Awards, and 6 Tech Sustainability Special Awards.
